What is your return policy?


We will happily take back any unused items within 3 days of confirmed delivery if there is a company error with the order or the item is defective. If you receive an item with any defect, we must be notified and have pictures emailed to us at info@cowboycrown.com within 3 days of confirmed delivery for a refund or exchange to be processed. We do not refund shipping costs or pay for return shipping, unless authorization provided (RA #) due to defect or company error . 

Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. You will need to return the goods you no longer would like to keep and make a new purchase from our site.

How come my item doesn't look exactly like the one I saw on the website?
Due to our dying processes and variations in fabric, no two items are exactly the same. This is what makes each item unique. Slight irregularities are common and are not considered defective.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@cowboycrown.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request however; we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been processed or shipped. Cowboy Crown cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages when the USPS/UPS/ FEDEX tracking systems show that the package was delivered. However in the event that your package was lost, we can help you file a claim with USPS/UPS/ FEDEX to report your lost shipment.
